The Eating Freely Online Program offers a comprehensive approach to breaking free from emotional eating, bingeing, and self-criticism around food.

Here's what the program includes:

1. 16-Week Online Program: You'll embark on a journey of self-discovery and healing through our 16-week online program. Each week, a new session will unlock, providing you with practical tools, strategies, and insights to help you transform your relationship with food and yourself. These sessions include videos, downloadable tools and worksheets, additional resources like meditations, and accountability questions to keep you on track.

2. Personalized One-to-One Sessions: In addition to the self-directed online program, you'll also receive four personalized one-to-one sessions with your Eating Freely Practitioner, Denise Wogan. These sessions provide you with individualized support, guidance, and encouragement as you navigate your journey towards a healthier and happier relationship with food.

3. Eating Freely Card Deck and Ebook: As part of the program, you'll receive the Eating Freely Card Deck along with the accompanying Ebook. This valuable resource provides you with additional tools and exercises to support your journey, offering practical ways to cultivate mindfulness, self-compassion, and intuitive eating habits.
